A leading Global Investment bank with significant reach and reputation is seeking to hire a

Fidessa Team Lead who will ultimately be responsible for the delivery of Fidessa business analysis for 'Cash Equities' front office. The role will be a Fidessa Team Lead role and will focus on care trading and the set of related systems used globally across equities including: order/trade management systems, market connectivity and customer connectivity.

Responsibilities for the Fidessa Team Lead – (Cash Equities, FIX, Business Analysis, Trading Systems, Connectivity) – London

· Work closely with project managers and the Fidessa development manager to initiate projects and resource appropriately

· Hold regular reviews with the business and management to review progress, priorities, issues and risks

· Undertake business analysis and create business and functional specifications

· Participate in design reviews/gap analyses

The Person Fidessa Team Lead – (Cash Equities, FIX, Business Analysis, Trading Systems, Connectivity) – London

· Experience of the Fidessa order and trade management suite

· Team leading skills including the ability to prioritise and delegate work

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Ability to work with a range of stakeholders across Technology, Operations and the Business
