A property fund management company is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join their Debt, Cash, Treasury and Tax team.
Based in the West End and reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be ACA qualified and ideally have experience of the property industry.
Working in a team of 5, the job summary includes supporting the provision of debt strategy (external and internal debt), debt compliance including covenant monitoring and information needs, cash forecasting (balances for payments, solvency etc), treasury, corporate governance and tax services including monitoring external service providers for group compliance and tax payments. Assisting the CFO with tax strategy will also form part of the role.
