Responsibilities

• Management of the portfolio administration and new client teams, including assessment of staffing requirements, and management of budgetary, salary and appraisal processes.
• Ongoing assessment of operational model and related systems provision for the area, taking an active and significant role in all discussions on the global vision, including definition and implementation.
•  Overall responsibility for all EMEA client accounting records, including reconciliations process and all other processes which impact upon the integrity of the accounting records. 
• Responsibility for ensuring smooth operational transition of clients’ assets into or away from the Company; Liaison with other operational areas, Client Servicing and Portfolio Management as and when required to ensure that client needs are met.
• Establishment of best practice for all aspects of the role, including change management and project management.
•  Definition and establishment, in conjunction with US and Far East , of SLAs and Performance Standards related to the operational process, and monitoring of same.
• Presentation to clients as and when required
