This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leader in real estate investment management who manages client funds on both a segregated basis (pan-European or global) and via pooled funds of funds. Total return funds, working on a global opportunistic basis requires talent at the forefront of developments in the real estate industry. Due to explosive growth we are searching for a talented investment professional to take on the visible position of Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

 

You will be part of the investment committee and will be the lead fund manager for certain major global mandates and with fund managers as reportees you will be responsible for overseeing all portfolios. A key focus will be to develop the investment processes globally, take responsibility for model portfolios and stock/manager selection

 

• Strong academics ideally with a real estate bias

• Demonstrable investment management expertise

• Awareness of the multi manager industry

• Experience in European or global real estate investment

• Excellent communicator, leadership qualities and strong presentation skills.
