Our Client is a new start up Corporate Finance house who have some the most established individuals in corporate finance amongst the team.

This role will be an excellent opportunity for you to be part of an exciting new company.

For this vital role, we require:
1. Red brick BA/BSc/Beng (Hons) graduate with a minimum 2:1,
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience post graduation in a financial institution in EU or USA working either in corporate finance or M&E,
3. Proven hands on work & understanding of corporate (private/listed) data analysis as well as presentation capabilities to the investment committee,
4. Proven hands on work & understanding of analysis of P&L, cash flows and modelling of the said then after,
5. Proven hands on work & understanding of finding anomalies in company’s data as presented,
6. Proven hands on work & understanding of valuing companies and putting it in prospective of current general investment cycle, industry & regulations,
7. Proven hands on work & understanding in modelling different equity & debt investment structures and the capability to overlay data over current data and company’s projections and present the said to the investment committee with recommendations,
8. Capability to question the financial numbers presented by the company in a manner which is out of the box thinking,
9. Face to face and over the telephone communication skills,
10. Fluent in English. Other EU language(s) are plus and,
11. Self motivated and “get on” capabilities.
